OHFA has posted the application materials for the HDGF and BGF Programs. A new AHFA for BGF Only has been posted and will be the only AHFA accepted for the round. An FTP registration form has been created to register applicants for submission to OHFA’s FTP Site, this form is due August 4, 2022 at 5pm. OHFA has updated the 2022 Cost Containment Guidelines. This guideline is applicable to all OHFA programs, including successful applicants from the 2022 Competitive 9% LIHTC Round. Questions may be sent to Samantha Makoski. FAQs will be updated weekly until the respective application deadlines. The first FAQ will be posted Friday July 8th.
